Why chaos and kale?

Is it too foodie or cliche or snobby to say that our family loves kale? Why do I feel a little embarrassed to say this? We love it. We can't live without it.  My kids stuff it in their mouths at meal time and ask if they can eat all of it. We have to fight them for our fair share.  It makes me happy inside and out.

 And well chaos, you know, a juggling act at best, the din of life with three kids can scare even the hardiest of kid lovers away. So here on this blog there will be some kale lovin' and some chaos and all the nitty gritty beautiful moments in between.
